This is a commercial role at Gripped, fundamentally responsible for translating inbound demand into successfully onboarded customers. The Growth Strategist plays a critical client-facing role that interprets and translates customer requirements and becomes their guide into Gripped. The Growth Strategist will be responsible for engaging prospects at the right time, translating the challenges and requirements into a clear statement of work and running the onboarding process in tandem with an account manager from the customer success team.

At Gripped, we are always looking for new and talented writers to help us produce high-quality content for our clients. This is a freelance and remote role. However, if you are creative and reliable, we will be able to provide you with regular assignments on a weekly basis.
The main qualification for this job is your ability to learn, and then synthesise new information into compelling arguments and copy. You will be writing for a range of different clients, and need to orientate yourself within new industries quickly.
This Paid Media Executive role has a particular focus on PPC campaign management in addition to working alongside Marketing Account Managers.
As such, this role demands good copywriting & analytical skills, as well as a keen eye for detail, problem-solving and organisation.
We are looking for a Web & Front End Developer to work on a freelance basis with our Digital Marketing Agency. You will need to have skills in Web & Front End development to help build new solutions on behalf of our customers.
You will need to have a combination of technical knowledge with an appreciation for the marketing use cases which you’re developing against.
Interviewing at Gripped
We've tried to make the application process simple to understand and navigate. Once you've found the role, you are qualified for or interested in, complete the short application form. A Gripped team member will review your applications, and if your experience fits, we'll get in touch to schedule a quick call to have a conversation. That call will usually be 30-minutes long, and it will allow you to ask questions about the role, Gripped and the process.
In that conversation, we're looking to determine if you'd be a good fit for the interview process, and we want to protect your time as much as ours - so we're reasonably picky about who goes through to the entire interview stage. We like to make sure that you get an opportunity to speak to multiple people from across Gripped so you can get an authentic feel for how and what we are as a group.
Once selected for an interview, we want to see you in action. Your interview and task will look and feel slightly different, whether it's a specialist role or a customer-facing role. But, all positions will include behaviour, experience and competency-based questions.
Ultimately, we're keen to ensure that you are a good fit for Gripped, but more importantly, that we're a good fit for you. If you're not a good fit for whatever reason, we'll provide you with feedback and be transparent.
