Gripped is a B2B digital sales and marketing agency that believes growth is science, not art. We help B2B SaaS and tech founders, sales leaders, and marketing teams earn the trust of prospects and customers and grow their business using digital sales and marketing channels.

We work with B2B tech and software businesses in the UK. Helping shape growth strategy, deliver ongoing digital sales and marketing programmes and sales enablement.

But, we’re not a typical marketing agency. We’re a B2B sales and marketing agency—a growth platform. But mostly, we’re a company passionate about growth, with services designed to tackle the common digital growth problems that B2B SaaS and tech businesses face.

Ben

Ben Crouch

Co-Founder

Ben has 16 years proposition, product and sales experience split across technology platform and SaaS providers. He has held leadership roles across businesses including MessageLabs, Star, Claranet, 4th Office and essensys.

Taking something complex, be it a message or a process, and distilling it down to something everyone can understand is how Ben gets his kicks. Downtime is spent either cooking or being cooked for, followed soon after by a run or session in the gym to even things out.

Steve has 15 years marketing and product marketing experience split across telecoms, infrastructure and SaaS businesses. Steve is the former CMO of Colt Technology Services and essensys, with roles at Star, Claranet and BT. He is obsessive about growth and how businesses take an idea, find an audience and drive new revenue streams.

A fully signed up contrarian, politics obsessive, aspiring foodie and content pusher, Steve enjoys the art of the debate.
