Interviewing at Gripped
We've tried to make the application process simple to understand and navigate. Once you've found the role you are qualified for or interested in, complete the short application form. A Gripped team member will review your application, and if your experience fits, we'll get in touch to schedule a quick call to have a conversation. That call will usually be 30-minutes long, and it will allow you to ask questions about the role, Gripped and the process.
In that conversation, we're looking to determine if you'd be a good fit for the interview process, and we want to protect your time as much as ours - so we're reasonably picky about who goes through to the entire interview stage. We like to make sure that you get an opportunity to speak to multiple people from across Gripped so you can get an authentic feel for how and what we are as a group.
