We're a digital-first sales & marketing agency for B2B SaaS, technology & IT companies. Using a combination of content marketing, SEO, automation, paid media and market understanding, we fuel our customers sales & marketing efforts and accelerate growth.

5 years into our journey, we’ve been growing consistently 30-50% year on year and now find ourselves 35 people strong and ready to push on to the next stage of our own growth.

Reporting directly to the founders, we have created an opportunity for an ambitious, experienced individual to join our exec team to manage and shape our team of digital marketing experts (think Design, Development, Content, Paid, Martech and more) so that we can continue to do amazing things for our customers at scale. Responsibilities

  • Ensuring Gripped has the right specialist headcount and mix of skills and experience to deliver against agreed strategies and tactics to provide value to our customers.
  • Developing and implementing teams that drive high-quality output to satisfy customers' requirements and allow for efficient servicing of customers by the Account Management team.
  • Improving processes by looking at workflow, inputs and outputs to find efficiencies in our day-to-day delivery of work.
  • Oversee and manage a budget to ensure that as Gripped continues to grow, we remain profitable in line with our 5-year growth plan.
  • Monitoring and educating operational centres of excellence (our specialists), offering steer and guidance for problem-solving and solution creation.
  • Oversight of resource scheduling and utilisation.
  • Ensuring project and ongoing operational management discipline is best in class and standardised across Gripped.
  • Create, maintain and analyse reporting to understand and act upon KPIs.
  • Analyse the data and make recommendations on how to make improvements.
  • Working closely with New Business Sales & Account Managers to help propose new solutions to customers that meet their needs while ensuring they are deliverable.
