After years of scaling B2B SaaS companies from startup to mid-market, our founders kept running into the same problem: agencies didn’t “get” SaaS. They’d launched products, grown revenue, led teams and felt the pressure of hitting aggressive targets, yet every agency they worked with lacked a true understanding of growing pipeline and revenue and the reality of selling as-a-service.

From SaaS Operators to Agency Founders

Between them, Steve Eveleigh, a Chief Marketing Officer and Ben Crouch, a Chief Product Officer had spent years inside B2B SaaS companies. They had built go-to-market strategies, driven demand and scaled revenue. They had navigated acquisitions, market shifts, and the constant challenge of standing out in an increasingly competitive space. Through every success and failure, one truth became clear:

Co-Founder

Ben has 16 years proposition, product and sales experience split across technology platform and SaaS providers. He has held leadership roles across businesses including MessageLabs, Star, Claranet, 4th Office and essensys.

Taking something complex, be it a message or a process, and distilling it down to something everyone can understand is how Ben gets his kicks. Downtime is spent either cooking or being cooked for, followed soon after by a run or session in the gym to even things out.
