B2B Copywriter
Working with Gripped
At Gripped, we are looking for a talented copywriter to help us produce high-quality copy for our clients.
The main qualification for this job is your ability to learn, and then synthesise new information into compelling arguments and copy. You will be writing for a range of different clients, and need to orientate yourself within new industries quickly.
Responsibilities
- Writing web page and product copy -- based on briefs, as well as developing copy from scratch.
- Architecting basic page structure based on copy requirements.
- Helping develop sitemaps for full website projects.
- Interviewing stakeholders to improve persona and sector messaging in line with brand requirements.
- Contributing to persona development.
- Writing other short-form copy -- e.g. emails, landing pages, social media posts, CTAs, ad copy, etc.
You will receive ongoing support on how to develop your skills and integrate them with wider content and digital marketing strategy.
Requirements (essential)
- The ability to learn new subjects quickly and distil concise copy that connects with personas.
- The ability to develop persona profiles and use that information to inform copywriting.
- Experience developing web page structure to suit copy requirements.
- Good proofreading skills.
- Good time management skills.
Requirements (desired)
- 1-2 years experience as a Copywriter in the B2B tech and SaaS industry.
- Experience developing sitemaps to align with messaging and goals.
- A basic understanding of SEO and keyword analysis.
